• Must have the legal right to sell the vehicles they list
• Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding vehicle sales in Japan
• Are responsible for responding to buyer inquiries and handling all aspects of the sale

Buyers:

• Are responsible for verifying vehicle information
• Should conduct their own inspections of vehicles
• Are responsible for understanding all legal requirements for purchasing and owning a vehicle in Japan as a foreigner
• Must handle all payment and transfer arrangements directly with sellers

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
